Completing and Returning a Scorecard

When you either record a General Play round or enter a competition there are some basic things that must be filled in on your scorecard before you begin your round.

• Name of Competition/Round - EG. Medal, Stableford or General Play

• Date

• Players Name in Player A

• Tees played from

During your round only the gross score needs to be recorded on your card against each hole for Player A. Do not write other numbers in this box, eg. points or nett score.

At the end of your round Player A and their Marker must sign the card and the score must be entered on IG. Finally once your scores have been entered on IG you must upload a photograph of your scorecard.

Scorecard photographs must be clear and legible for the Secretary to be able to read to verify the score. Below is a good example:

Photographs like this will lead to disqualification. No photographs uploaded will also lead to disqualification.
