Signing up for a Team

To sign up for your chosen matches online, first you must join the squads you are interested in. 

You can do this by logging onto the Wharton Park IG Website in the usual way.

 From the front page select the "Menu" button on the top right of the screen

From the dropdown menu select "Competitions" and then from the sub menu select "Matches"

From there you should see a page titled "Squads at Wharton Park Golf club"

On there is a list of the current club Squads:

On the right of each team's name is the link "join" press which one(s) you want. When successful the link will change to "leave" which indicates you are now a member of that squad. 

To sign up for the matches you now need to go into each match individually to set your availability

From the "Menu" button on the top right of the screen, again select "Competitions" and then "Matches" from the sub menu like you did above.

You should now see a list of matches you can sign up for.

If you click on the Date it will show the details that the Organiser has entered about the match. 

To the right of the your chosen team column is a sign up button for each match. If you select that you will be presented with an "Available to play" page

Here you have 3 option buttons, "Yes", "Maybe", or "No" together with a comments box 

Select the option for that match then press the "Set Availability" button below the comments box. 

Repeat for any other matches you wish to sign up for. 

If you wish to change to change your availability for any match at any time, simply log back into IG and amend your availability accordingly.

The organiser will be able to then see in real time who is available, who isn't and who might be so that they  can select the team from who's available/who isn't or know who to contact if they are short.
